Refund and Returns Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Refunds

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days your purchasing without giving any reason for doing so.

Once the shipping process has been initiated, it is no longer possible to request a refund.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day of your email. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, You will be charged with the reimbursement costs of 25.- ChF.

 

Returns

We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased arrived damaged or faulty.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at daniele.mancuso@me.com 
with the order number and photos of the damage and I will do my best. Please consider that each work is unique.
I do not accept exchanges because the items are at risk of being damaged during the return journey.
