We ship via courriers depending on the destination country. All items are shipped from Bellinzona (Switzerland) with a tracking number and require a signature on delivery.

Shipment will be processed within 7 days after ordering.

Prices do not include VAT for orders outside Switzerland and your order may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

If an item is unclaimed and returned to us, we will be in touch regarding shipping it again however the recipient might be charged a new shipping fee depending on circumstances.

We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased arrived damaged or faulty.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at daniele.mancuso@me.com with the order number and photos of the damage and I will do my best. Please consider that each work is unique.
I do not accept exchanges because the items are at risk of being damaged during the return journey.
